About the project
The task that faced us was to promote awareness of the meaning and role of HR in new conditions, where personal development and employee happiness are the basis of client happiness and success of the company. Happiness.
Then we thought up a route-trip around Moscow with a map through which participants got to a mini-conference, where company representatives told employees who had passed through this experience about new projects and initiatives.
As a result, employees plunged into the experience of correlating personal and corporate happiness, realized how their company helps them in achieving their own happiness.
The experience gained during the day contributed to the loyal acceptance of key strategic projects presented at the presentation. 150 employees and about 60 actors.
