About the project
We were faced with the task of shifting the focus of attention of sellers of retail companies from goods to customers and increase their loyalty. The stores were equipped with special spaces in which with the help of performers lively and warm communication between the manager and employees and employees with customers took place.
Performers involved clients and employees in creative activities, during which contact was made outside the seller-client role. In a gaming format, employees received on-line assignments for working with clients and received sincere communication experience.
As a result, employees received a transformational experience in customer relations, comprehended the value of their role in the company, increased loyalty and the number of positive customer feedback by demonstrating sincere human contact. We transferred the methodology of such events to the company.
